Is Vendkom free for event organizers?

Yes. Browsing, matching, and booking through Vendkom is always free for organizers. We work directly with vendors on pricing and logistics.

What does it cost to join as a vendor?

Vendors can join for free on our Starter plan, or choose Growth or Pro for more bookings, marketing support, and lower commission per booking.

What kind of vendors can apply?

We're currently focused on food & beverage and photography, and are expanding into videography, décor, entertainment, and rentals.

How does the marketing support work?

On Growth and Pro plans, our marketing team promotes your listing across search, social, and email to organizers actively planning events in your area.

Who handles logistics on the day of the event?

Vendkom coordinates scheduling, contracts, and communication between you and the organizer. On Pro, our team provides full event-day logistics support.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your vendor dashboard. There's no long-term contract.

What types of events does Vendkom support?

Anything from birthdays and private parties to weddings and corporate events, public or private, of any size.

How are vendors vetted?

Every vendor application is reviewed by our team before going live, so organizers can book with confidence.
